The first Indians to cross the RAAM finish line successfully, a two person team of Mahendra and Hitendra Mahajan in 2015, who had qualified for RAAM at the Deccan Cliffhanger 1st edition.
In this year 2017, the first solo finisher from India, Srinivas Gokulnath qualified for RAAM at TDC in 2014 and 2015. Amit Samarth who qualified at TDC 2015 was the second Indian to finish RAAM solo successfully.
Next to cross the finish line was team of 4, Sahyadri Cyclists, Rajendra Nehete and Ramankant Patil, Sandeep Shewale and Pankaj Marlesha, 2 of whom had done Deccan Cliffhanger as a team of 2 in the previous year.
