Inspire India Ultra Races…. The Deccan Cliffhanger, Ultra Spice Race, Great Himalayan Ultra…. These races have fired the imagination of so many people who come year after year to pit themselves against the challenges we put up! The growing community of Ultraracers in India, have inspired us to create Awards in honour of the ones who achieved them! This award is named after Kabir Rachure, who is the first person to successfully finish all 3 Inspire India Races SOLO in Sept 2018, Deccan Cliffhanger, Ultra Spice and Great Himalayan... and to have done them all with a podium place!
ELIGIBILITY Criteria
Presented to each racer who finishes each of Inspire India 3 Road Races within a span of four years in SOLO Category.

This award is named after Bharat Pannu, who is the first person to successfully finish the first 3 editions of The Ultra Spice Race SOLO... and to have done them all with a podium place!

ABBF Tandem Award

Named after Adventures Beyond Barriers Foundation, an organisation started by Divyanshu Ganatra who firmly believes in inclusivity. ABBF enables people with and without disabilities to participate in numerous outdoor activities including Tandem Cycling.

Team Relay Spirit Fastest to Finish Award

Named after Team Relay Spirit, who set the 2 person record of 22hrs 53mins in DC Edition 4 2016 (Arham Shaikh and Vedant Halarnekar) which still stands after 2018 edition, and have set the 'fastest to the finish' record of 20hrs 50 mins in 2017 with a 4 person team.
ELIGIBILITY Criteria
Awarded in each edition, to Relay Teams of The Deccan Cliffhanger reaching the finish line in the least time irrespective of their categories.

RUTVIK KHARE OUTSTANDING CREW AWARD

Rutvik Khare Outstanding Crew Award

The Award is named after Rutvik Khare, who crewed for the first Indian to successfully finish Race Across America (RAAM) solo. He was also Crew chief for the first finisher of The Ultra Spice 1750km Race, and for the first Indian to successfully finish Race Across Austria (RAA) 2200km solo. The Awardee Crew is selected based on Officials feedback with respect to observations of the crew, their compliance to rules especially regarding safety of themselves and the racers, and overall behavior considering the tough job they have to do.
Awarded to the Crew deemed outstanding in the performance of their role as crew in each Inspire India Race.

Divya Tate Ultra Crew Award

The Award is named after Divya Tate, who crewed 8 times in 4 International Ultracycling races from 2012-2017 in order to garner experience that was then shared through Inspire India's Ultra Race Seminars, designed to prepare racers and their crew for Ultra Racing!
ELIGIBILITY Criteria
Awarded to Individual Crew who have successfully crewed in 6 or more Ultra Races, including at least 4 Inspire India races.
Safety and Adherence to rules is essential to be eligible for this award.
Successfully indicates a race finish by the racer or team.

Applications are invited.
